About Us

Our Why

Aviation has always been built on trust. Long before there were manuals, regulations, or standard operating procedures, aviation advanced because experienced pilots took the time to guide, mentor, and support one another.

AeroPeer Support exists to preserve that tradition and bring it into the modern era.

We are building a nationwide peer-support network founded on one simple belief: every aviator deserves someone who understands the unique pressures of this profession and is willing to answer the phone when it matters most. No judgment. No agenda. Just aviators supporting aviators.

Origins

AeroPeer Support was born from a simple observation: aviation has always excelled at building exceptional pilots, but it has not always made it easy for pilots to ask for help. Too many aviators face professional or personal challenges believing they must navigate them alone, despite belonging to one of the strongest communities in the world. We exist with a singular purpose: building a nationwide network where aviators can find understanding, perspective, and support from peers who genuinely understand the profession.

Who We Serve

AeroPeer Support exists for every aviator.

From the student pilot preparing for a first solo to the airline captain with thousands of hours, every pilot will eventually face moments of uncertainty, stress, or isolation. We believe no one should have to navigate those moments alone. Our nationwide network provides confidential peer support, meaningful connection, and trusted guidance from fellow aviators who understand the unique demands of the profession.

AeroPeer Support is here to ensure that every pilot has somewhere to turn and someone who understands, whether you’re looking for perspective, encouragement, or simply someone who speaks the same language. We are here for you.

Our Team

AeroPeer Support is powered by some of the most experienced and dedicated professionals across aviation. Our team includes active airline and Part 135 pilots, former military aviators, first responders, trauma support professionals, peer-support leaders, mental health experts, and aviation advocates. We’re all united by a single mission: changing the way aviators support one another.

The culture of AeroPeer is built on trust, professionalism, and lived experience. We understand the unique pressures of aviation because we have lived them ourselves, and we believe meaningful support can only come from people who truly understand the responsibility carried by those who fly.

By bringing together expertise from aviation, emergency services, and peer-support leadership, we are building a national network designed to strengthen the people behind the controls and create a more connected, resilient aviation community for generations to come.
